After you purchase the product, you’ll receive an email to select and subscribe to your preferred software plan. Once you receive the product, follow the instructions in the box to activate the software during the one-time product setup.

    Reply to our Menu Request Email with your current menu in MS Word, PDF, or JPG format, or provide an online link. We will upload your menu onto our platform.

  • 3. Receive & Install

    We ship the product to your address. Unbox it upon receipt and hire a professional to install, secure the pole to the counter using the screws provided.

  • 4. Activate Software

    Turn ON the unit, set up WiFi, and launch the signage software. When "New Service" page appears, scan QR code to contact our customer support to subscribe to our software and activate the product.

Does this product need installation?

Yes, the product counter-mount bracket stand has to be secured to a counter using the provided screws by a competent professional.

Does the product come with mount hardware?

Yes, our system supports seamless online content management via our website, ensuring you can effortlessly update information remotely from a computer or phone with any operating system, i.e. Android, iOS, Windows.

What is the monthly fee for?

The monthly fee is for our proprietary signage software, designed to display your menu items in a visually-appealing gallery format and receive the latest content updates via WiFi. The software automatically scrolls through your menu, allows you to post image or video clip ads for a defined period, and locks the display screen to your content, preventing users from navigating away or visiting other internet content.

Is there a commitment for the monthly software subscription fee?

No, After you purchase the product and activate the software, you can cancel the software subscription anytime without penalty. You will keep the device, but our signage software will be disabled on the display.
