After you purchase the product, you’ll receive an email to select and subscribe to your preferred software plan. Once you receive the product, follow the instructions in the box to activate the software during the one-time product setup.

Note: Mount hardware is not included in the product box. Displays are compatible with off-the-shelf ceiling or wall mount hardware for commercial TVs (see VESA requirements in the product dimensions image). Please purchase the appropriate mount hardware separately and arrange installation by an experienced professional according to your location requirements.

    Add product to cart and proceed to checkout page to pay and complete your purchase.

    Reply to our Menu Request Email with your current menu in MS Word, PDF, or JPG format, or provide an online link. We will upload your menu onto our platform.

  • 3. Receive & Install

    We ship the product to your address. Unbox it upon receipt and hire a professional to install, i.e. mount the display on wall or from the ceiling.

  • 4. Activate Software

    Turn ON the unit, set up WiFi, and launch the signage software. When "New Service" page appears, scan QR code to contact our customer support to subscribe to our software and activate the product.

Is the Sun-Readable Window-Facing Display really effective in direct sunlight?

Yes, our 3000 nits display ensures unmatched visibility even in direct sunlight, making your menu visible and attractive, even from a distance, e.g. across the street.

Does Window-Facing Display product include a battery?

No, the product runs on AC power only and must be plugged into a nearby outlet to function.

Is setting up the product complicated?

No. The one-time set up is hassle-free and includes WiFi connection and software activation. With plug-and-play functionality, it's quick and easy to setup and operate in any venue. It is highly recommended to complete the one-time setup first before ceiling/wall mount installation of the product.

How can the user navigate through product settings during product setup to establish WiFi and activate signage software since product is not a touchscreen?

The product comes with a wired mouse. Connect the included mouse to the USB port on the back of the display to navigate the settings menus and complete the setup. Before ceiling or wall mounting, disconnect the mouse and store it for future use.


It is highly recommended to complete the one-time setup first before ceiling/wall mount installation of the product since it might be difficult to access back of product for mouse connection.

Does the product come with ceiling or wall mount hardware?

No, ceiling or wall mount hardware is not included because mounting needs vary by location and architectural structure of the product's designated location. Customers can separately purchase off-the-shelf TV mount hardware with the correct VESA support for our displays.

Does MENUPOLY offer ceiling/wall mount installation service for this product?

No. Customers must hire a professional to securely mount the product using appropriate mounting hardware.

Can I easily manage and update the content displayed?

Yes, our system supports seamless online content management via our website, ensuring you can effortlessly update information remotely from a computer or phone with any operating system, i.e. Android, iOS, Windows.

What is the monthly fee for?

The monthly fee is for our proprietary signage software, designed to display your menu items in a visually-appealing gallery format and receive the latest content updates via WiFi. The software automatically scrolls through your menu, allows you to post image or video clip ads for a defined period, and locks the display screen to your content, preventing users from navigating away or visiting other internet content.

Is there a commitment for the monthly software subscription fee?

No, After you purchase the product and activate the software, you can cancel the software subscription anytime without penalty. You will keep the device, but our signage software will be disabled on the display.
